Cancellation Policy: A full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee is available through August 31st, 2013. From September 1st – September 20th we will only be able to refund you 50% of your registration fee. After September 20th no refunds are available.
Registration includes a lite hors d’oeuvre reception Friday evening, a luncheon and dance on Saturday, and entrance to all talks and events during the conference.

Late Registration: After September 20th a late registration fee of $10 will be added to all registrations.
