Christina Kateri Christina Kateri developed a deep love of music at an early age, and was encouraged by family and friends to pursue this craft throughout her life. After touring internationally with Up With People, graduating with honors from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and working in marketing for Warner Bros., she moved back to Detroit to continue following her dream of working as a professional musician. Traveling throughout the Midwest and beyond, Christina has participated in everything from solo work to a 14-piece band to a 50-member choir. She loves to entertain at private functions with The Christina Kateri Band (CKB), which offers customizable ensembles for every segment of any event, both secular and religious. She has performed at a plethora of events such as Catholic Underground in New York and Nashville, various Catholic conferences around the country, and enjoys singing at a handful of churches in Southeast Michigan. Other clients include Interluxe Group for Maserati, The March of Dimes, Michigan State University, and hundreds of couples and individuals for weddings and other parties. With a healthy repertoire across every genre, Christina Kateri is thrilled to use her passion and experience to provide “Music for Any Occasion.”
